Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC) is needed for the 20252026 school year in the Sebring, FL area. This is an onsite, school-based role supporting students with communication, language, and speech needs. The selected clinician will work closely with educators, paraprofessionals, and other service providers to ensure students receive comprehensive support throughout the year.
Responsibilities
Provide direct therapy services to students with communication and language needs.
Conduct evaluations, re-evaluations, and progress monitoring in accordance with state and federal guidelines.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with student IEPs.
Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and multidisciplinary team discussions.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation, reports, and service logs.
Collaborate with teachers and related service staff to support student goals in the classroom.
Schedule & Assignment
Full-time, approximately 37.5 hours per week
Standard school-day schedule
Caseload assigned based on experience and district needs
Services delivered onsite only
Qualifications
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
Active Florida SLP license
Previous school-based experience is preferred, though strong clinical experience will be considered
Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
